Junk Giants is designed to collect what the service workflow needs and to keep operational access limited.
Information we collect
We collect the information needed to evaluate and fulfill a service request: contact details, service address, job description, selected items, access notes, preferred timing, and any photos you choose to submit. A provider application may also include service territory, vehicle, crew, insurance, and business-readiness details.
How we use information
We use this information to check service availability, prepare or verify pricing, schedule work, source qualified independent contractors when company capacity is unavailable, communicate job updates, prevent duplicate or fraudulent activity, and maintain operational and accounting records.
Payments and communications
Junk Giants does not collect online payment credentials for pay-at-pickup bookings. Job totals, receipts, and service communications may remain with the order record. Marketing messages require separate consent from service updates.
Retention and security
Records should be kept only as long as needed for fulfillment, dispute handling, financial reconciliation, legal requirements, and legitimate operational analysis. We use access controls and protected administrative routes, but no system can promise absolute security.
Your choices
You may ask to review or correct the information associated with a request and may withdraw optional marketing consent. Deletion requests remain subject to records we must retain for completed transactions, fraud prevention, safety, or legal obligations. Junk Giants does not sell personal information.
To request access, correction, or deletion, contact our team and select “A privacy request.” Some records may still be retained for completed transactions, fraud prevention, safety, or legal obligations.
